Recruitment Method & Process

The Medexcellence Selection & Recruitment process is as follows:

Once a health organization client places an order for a certain position required (Anesthesiologist, Pathologist, Specialized Nurse, etc.), a specification request form is filled by Medexcellence's client detailing and specifying job description, needed certification, required experience, etc
Medexcellences' Specialist requirement form detailing needed expertise, needed qualifications, language and adaptation profile capabilities are then provided along with remuneration details of position only to our selected healthcare manpower partners overseas for seeking of best candidates
Beyond provision of CV's, Medexcellence requires that each candidate provide a logbook detailing professional experience and regulatory certification and registrations
At this stage, upon initial satisfaction by Medexcellence that the candidates meet the basic requirements of the client, the client is provided with the candidates CV and logbooks for feedback and additional queries as may be needed
Upon receiving client confirmation that the candidates are interesting and viable, Medexcellence conducts background checks and holds preliminary interviews with the candidates
After checking candidate's regulatory registrations and upon Medexcellence's satisfaction with interview of candidates, Medexcellence provides client with recommendation as to their recruitment and potential for long term success
Once client chooses best suited candidate/s, candidates are notified and sent contracts and waiver of confidentiality forms for signature. Signed waiver of confidentiality forms addresses to each University, Medical School or institute of higher learning where candidate obtained diplomas, Professional organizations, past employers and regulatory authorities are then sent directly by Medexcellence to each organization for further reference check and verification
Upon receipt of signed contracts and waiver of confidentiality forms, a regulatory phase begins in which all original diplomas, certificates and registrations are legally verified by apostil, translated and notarized, and provide by Medexcellence to the Ministry of Health for provision of official permits. Once Ministry of Health permits are provided, application for a work permit is submitted by Medexcellence to the Ministry of Interior for issuing of work permits and the necessary visa's
Once regulatory phase is complete, a date of arrival and employment beginning date is determined. Medexcellence representative will meet medical professional recruited at designated time of arrival, bring them to the employer's doorstep, ensure their absorption and orientation process, assist them in locating desired accommodation, and care for all their personal needs until they are settled down in their new position and surroundings
